What we do

WordPress help for businesses without a development team.

Urgent fixes when something breaks, monthly maintenance so it doesn’t, and development when you’re ready to grow. Every engagement is quoted up front.

You need someone who can step in today, find the real cause and fix it without making things worse.

Typical problems we fix

  • Hacked sites, malware, spam pages and redirects
  • White screens, critical errors and broken updates
  • Painfully slow pages and failing Core Web Vitals
  • Forms that stopped sending, checkout or login issues
  • Expired hosting, SSL or domain problems
  • A site left behind by a developer who’s no longer around

The outcome: your site back online, the real cause fixed rather than masked, and a plain explanation so it doesn’t happen again.

02 · Monthly maintenance

Keep it fast, secure and up to date.

Most WordPress emergencies are preventable. A monthly plan means one team that knows your site, watching it so you don’t have to.

Plans are tailored to your site’s size and how critical it is to your business. Ask for a quote.

The WebFoundry audit

Know exactly where your website stands.

We’ve completed hundreds of WordPress audits, and every one starts the same way: we look at your site the way your customers, Google and attackers do. You get a plain-language report on six areas, ranked by what matters most to your business.

01 · Quality & standards

Is it built properly?

  • Code quality, theme and plugin choices
  • Accessibility and device testing
  • Broken links, forms and errors your visitors hit

Business outcome: Fewer surprises: a site that works for every visitor and doesn’t break when it’s updated.

Common questions

Who will I actually be working with?

Our principal developer, directly. Every engagement is led personally from first call to launch, so the person who diagnoses the problem is the person accountable for fixing it. Specialists in design, content and development join when the work calls for it, but your point of contact doesn’t change.

Do you publish prices?

No. Every site is different, so we quote each job up front after a quick look. You’ll know the cost before any work starts.

Can you work on a site someone else built?

Yes. That’s often where our work starts. We’ll assess what’s there and tell you honestly whether to repair or rebuild.

Do we have to move hosting?

Not necessarily. We’ll work with your current host if it’s up to the job, and recommend a move only when it will make a real difference.

Do we keep ownership of our site?

Always. Your site, content, domain and data are yours, and we’ll hand everything over if you ever leave.

Is there a long contract?

Maintenance is month to month. We’d rather keep you because the work is good.
