Built for Brampton yards
Local conditions decide what thrives. Here is what we plan around on every Brampton job.
Builder-grade lawns
New-build lawns often sit on compacted subsoil with little topsoil under the sod. Aeration, topsoil and overseeding usually do more than extra fertilizer.
Clay and drainage
Clay soil and tight side yards can leave water pooling after rain. We re-grade, add drainage where it is needed and choose plants that tolerate wet feet.
Young trees, open sun
Many newer streets have small trees and little shade, so lawns and beds bake in summer. We plant for sun and heat, and add mulch to hold moisture.
Established mature yards
Older areas have big trees, overgrown shrubs and tired beds. We reset them with pruning, fresh edging and a planting plan that suits the light.

What we do here
What Brampton clients say
Spring cleanup done in one afternoon, and the beds look fresh. Quote matched the invoice.
Our builder sod was a patchy mess. They aerated, topped up the soil and reseeded, and it filled in by summer.

Why is my new lawn patchy?
Often the sod went down over compacted subsoil with thin topsoil. Aeration, a layer of topsoil and overseeding usually fix it better than more fertilizer.
Can you fix a yard that floods after rain?
Often, yes. We look at the grading first, then add drainage or change the layout so water has somewhere to go.
Do you do one-time jobs or only ongoing care?
Both. You can book a one-off cleanup or build, or set up a seasonal programme.
