The 7 Pages Every HVAC Contractor Website Needs

Your HVAC website is not just a digital business card. It is your hardest-working salesperson, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But only if it has the right pages. After building websites for HVAC contractors across Ontario, here are the seven pages that actually generate leads.
1. Homepage
Your homepage has one job: make it immediately clear what you do, where you do it, and how to contact you. A visitor should be able to answer those three questions within five seconds of landing on your page.
Include a strong headline like "Trusted HVAC Service in Your City" with a prominent phone number and a quote request button above the fold. Do not bury your contact information. Many HVAC calls are urgent and the customer will call the first company they can reach.
2. Services Page (One Page Per Service)
This is where most HVAC websites fall short. Do not lump all your services onto one page. Create individual pages for each service you offer: furnace repair, air conditioning installation, ductwork, heat pumps, water heaters, and so on.
Why? Because Google ranks individual pages, not entire websites. When someone searches "furnace repair Brampton," Google wants to show them a page specifically about furnace repair, not a generic services page that mentions it in a bullet point.
Each service page should explain what the service includes, common problems you solve, your process, and a clear call to action to book the service.
3. Service Area Pages
If you serve multiple cities or regions, you need a page for each one. A page titled "HVAC Services in Oakville" that talks specifically about serving Oakville will rank for local searches in that area.
These pages should mention local details: neighbourhoods you serve, common HVAC issues in that area such as older homes with outdated ductwork or new builds needing heat pump installations, and how quickly you can get there. This is not about keyword stuffing. It is about showing Google and your customers that you genuinely serve that community.
4. About Page
People hire people, not companies. Your about page should tell your story: how long you have been in business, what certifications you hold, why you got into the HVAC trade, and what makes your team different.
Include photos of your team and your trucks. A real photo of you and your crew builds more trust than any stock photo ever could. Mention your licenses, insurance, TSSA registration, and any manufacturer certifications.
5. Reviews and Testimonials Page
Social proof is the single most powerful element on any contractor website. A dedicated reviews page that showcases your Google reviews, written testimonials, and before-and-after project photos gives potential customers the confidence to call you.
The best approach is to pull in your Google reviews automatically so the page stays current. Pair the reviews with photos from actual jobs when possible. A five-star review alongside a photo of the furnace you just installed is incredibly persuasive.
6. Financing and Rebates Page
HVAC equipment is expensive. A new furnace and air conditioner can cost $8,000 to $15,000. Many homeowners put off necessary upgrades because of the upfront cost. A financing page removes that objection.
List any financing options you offer, current manufacturer rebates, government incentive programs like the Canada Greener Homes Grant, and utility company rebates. This page does double duty: it helps close sales and it ranks for searches like "HVAC financing Ontario" and "furnace rebates 2026."
7. Contact and Quote Request Page
Make it as easy as possible for someone to reach you. Your contact page should include your phone number with click-to-call on mobile, a simple quote request form, your email address, your service area, and your business hours.
Keep the form short. Name, phone number, email, type of service needed, and a brief description of the issue. Every additional field you add reduces the number of people who complete the form.

These seven pages create a website that works for your HVAC business around the clock. Each page serves a purpose: attracting search traffic, building trust, overcoming objections, and making it easy to get in touch.
