Furnace replacement and smart thermostat
A 22-year-old furnace was swapped for a high-efficiency unit sized to the house. A smart thermostat now keeps the schedule without anyone thinking about it.
What we did
- Ran a heat-loss calculation for the right size
- Removed the old furnace and flue
- Installed the new furnace and venting
- Set up the thermostat and walked through it
