Serving Mississauga
Furnace, air conditioning and heat pump service for Mississauga homes, from 1960s bungalows to new townhomes.
Mississauga has everything from 1960s bungalows to new townhomes, and the heating and cooling needs differ across them. Older houses often have furnaces and ductwork that have been patched over the years, while newer homes tend to have tighter envelopes and different airflow. We look at the house first, then size the equipment.

What Mississauga heating and cooling looks like
Ontario winters and humid summers shape how a system should be sized and set up. Here is what we plan around in Mississauga.
Aging furnaces in mature neighbourhoods
Many homes built a few decades ago are on their second or third furnace. We check age and condition, then explain repair versus replace honestly.
Lakeshore versus inland
Areas near the lake can feel a bit different from inland neighbourhoods in extreme weather, but both need dependable heat in January and cooling in July.
Humid summers
Hot, humid days make the air conditioner work hard. Proper sizing and a clean coil matter as much as the brand.
Ductwork from different eras
Older ducts can be leaky or poorly balanced, while newer ones may be undersized for added equipment. We look at the whole system, not just the box.

We also serve the rest of Mississauga. Not sure you are in range? Call.

What we do here
What Mississauga clients say
Our furnace quit on a Sunday night in January. Someone answered right away and a technician was here within a couple of hours. Price was explained before he started.

Permits & local rules
Some work needs sign-off from the municipality or another authority. These are general pointers for Mississauga; the official pages below are the source, and rules change.
Gas work and TSSA
TSSA says any fuel-fired appliance should be installed, serviced and inspected by a TSSA-registered contractor, and homeowners can check a contractor's status on the TSSA website. Replacing a gas furnace is gas work, so ask any contractor for their registration.

Any project that breaks ground needs underground locates first. The request is free and is required by law. This can apply to outdoor work such as new lines or pads.

My furnace is old but still running. Should I replace it?
Not always. We check its condition and give you options, including repair, so you can plan rather than react.
Can one system heat and cool a townhome?
Often, yes, depending on the layout. We size equipment to the house and explain the options.
Will a heat pump work in a Mississauga winter?
Cold-climate models are designed for it, and some homes pair one with a furnace. We explain what fits your house.
Do you service all brands?
We service most common brands. Call and tell us what you have.
